Visionpoint in Bloomington is amazing! Super friendly and ultra competent staff. Beautiful facility. Get the Lasik with Dr. Pinter, you'll wish you had done it sooner!

I have worn glasses/contacts since elementary school and my experience at VisionPoint last week was hands down the best service I have ever received. The clinic is beautiful and the entire support staff was friendly, professional and efficient. What a great experience! Dr. Crockett went above and beyond in assisting and guiding me to the proper treatment. Dr. Norells exam was thorough, all the while explaining the procedures and results, making sure I understood every step of the way. Seans assistance in helping me find and fit my eyeglass frames was terrific! I wholeheartedly recommend VisionPoint to everyone - especially those who have received inadequate service in the past. You wont be disappointed.

Underwent corneal cross linking with Dr. Crockett. So impressed overall: from scheduling, to pre-exam, working with insurance, professionalism of staff, thoroughness, procedure itself, and post-op. I was seeing 20/150 prior to procedure, 20/80 one week out, and will be fitted with scleral lens where I can expect to be seeing near 20/20. All with insurance covering bulk costs, thanks to help from Barb and staff. Again, super appreciative of this team for their support, kindness, and genuine care for my vision and health. I have been dealing with vision issues for 25 years. Hard to believe theres sight in sight. Could not recommend them more!

I was helped by Alice, who was absolutely wonderful, and my glasses came in earlier than expected! Will definitely return!
