Megan is absolutely amazing. We met twice before surgery and she answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I met Teresa pre op day of and she is wonderful. So warm and a personable. She made me feel at ease. The entire LASIK staff in the room with me was like having my own little cheerleading squad. They were all comforting me and cheering me on. Im less than 24 hours post op and I feel fanastic. Thank you Dr. Pathak, Megan, Teresa, and the rest of the team for being awesome.
The team at VisionPoint Eye Center are some of the most awesome, welcoming, and supportive professionals out there. My experience getting LASIK was truly amazing and I would recommend this 100 times out of 100 to anyone who is eligible. Thank you everyone who was part of it. Less than 24 hours after and I have better than 20/20 vision!
This is a wonderful office! The staff is caring and compassionate. I had the pleasure of working with Tammy and April at my visit. Both were fun, good listeners and very knowledgeable.
I want to retract my review and rating from last summer. It was mean-spirited and unfair. Ive been experiencing headaches off and on since May. VisionPoint, as well as myself, initially thought that my new glasses or prescription were to blame. As the year comes to a close, however, it appears more likely that the headaches are being caused something else entirely. Like possibly sinuses, diet, and even neck tension. My NP agrees. In any case, Vision Point was very good to me this year. I can attest from experience that if youre experiencing headaches after getting a new prescription or new glasses/frames, they will not abandon you. They will have your back and will never give up on you. Their doctors and staff care about the patients. The exam rooms are clean, the waiting area is comfy, and their boutique is also wonderful. I am very grateful for all the attention they gave me and would certainly recommend VisionPoint Eye Center to my friends and family. A lot of good came from my repeated visits. It was not a waste of time. We found out that my eyes respond better to metal glasses for instance. And more importantly, after my 2nd exam with a different doctor, we found out that my prescription did in fact need some more tweaking. So maybe the glasses were partially responsible for the headaches at one point. The human body can be stubborn sometimes and will present many mysteries. First and foremost, I want to thank their Executive Director, Danielle, for reaching out after I wrote the initial harsh review. She presented a game plan and was focused only on correcting any possible issues. I also want to thank Sean for his assistance and for never giving up on my headache dilemma.
My daughter has major anxiety in any doctors office and, long story short, not only were they 100% accommodating, they treated it like it was a normal as asking for a drink of water. They were happy to help and didnt make anything a big deal. They even quietly thanked me for speaking up. Im beyond impressed. Also, theyre very good at taking care of my horrible eyes! Lol
