Access Patient Portal
PLEASE NOTE: The patient information on the portal provides a basic summary of your visits including your exam date, diagnosis, and plan. It does NOT include test results, prescription information or other details you may be looking for.
Please do not send any urgent messages or requests through the portal. If you do not find what you need, please contact our office at 309-662-7700. Thank you.
To access your portal, follow these directions:
Step 1:
When you access the Patient Portal for the first time, you will be asked to sign in. If you have not registered, select Not Registered?
Step 2:
To Register, enter the email address on record at VisionPoint Eye Center. Select Next.
Step 3:
A validation code will be sent to your email address. Enter that code and your birthday. Select Next.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam and Junk folders.
Step 4:
You will need to enter and confirm a password that is 8 characters long and contains upper and lower-case letters as well as numbers.
You can select a security question and provide the answer to confirm your identity if you forget your password and need to reset it.
Step 5:
