My visits to Vision Point have always been pleasant and I find the staff so helpful when Ive asked questions. Plus the building is beautiful, which impressed me immediately when I first visited there over five years ago.My most recent visit was not as pleasant as the previous visits. I felt as if they were rushing me out the door.The student doctor walked ahead of me when she got me from the small waiting area in the back. I couldnt even hear what she was saying because she was so far ahead of me.Then the doctor who re-examined me talked fast and seemed as if they were in a hurry to get to their lunch. This was my first time seeing this doctor because the one I normally see was booked out a couple months and I was willing to see any doctor.I just have never felt this way before at Vision Point and it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Positively wonderful experience! As an anxious person, the idea of LASIK surgery was frightening to me, but I knew I wanted to take the step and do it! Thank God I did. Nancy was with me every step of the way and made the atmosphere so peaceful with her warm smile and kind words. She is not only super knowledgeable but highly experienced. She loves her job and it shows! Dr. Pinter was professional and made the surgery a breeze! Also thank you Megan and Teresa for your help, too! 20/15 vision for the first time ever. I keep trying to push up my glasses. Best decision ever.

Edit to my post below: I recently had Light Adjustable Lens Cataract surgery done by Dr Brownstone/Vision Point Eye Center and I am LOVING it! VisionPoint has a great cataract team and laser team. They are encouraging, listened to my concerns and they are all very knowledgeable. Dr Brownstone was amazing during the procedures. He talked me through everything as it was being done, so I knew exactly what was happening. I can see clearly without glasses and I couldnt be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend VisionPoint!! I have been a patient of Dr Brownstones since I chose to have LASIK several years ago. I wont trust my eye care to any other practice. The eye exams Ive gotten are very thorough and this office stays up to date on procedures. I have and will continue to recommend Eye Surgical to my friends.

I received the best of care from Sean in the Optique Department. After having an eye exam and glasses made I couldn't see anything with the new glasses and lens. So Sean in "troubled shoot"spent a lot of time with different strength of lens. He narrowed it down to a different prescription and replaced my lens. When I received my glasses after about 2 weeks, I was shocked to be able to see as clearly as I do! I don't know why the initial prescription was so off but it was worth the time as Sean got tit right. Thank you so much, Sean! I can see again! (Even without slipping on reading glasses!)

I had my Lasik procedure recently and Dr Crocket is amazing! Nancy and Megan were very helpful and kept me calm through the whole procedure!! 100% I recommend VisionPoint for Lasik!
