I had my annual eye exam today and Rylei did a great job of taking care of everything. She has 2 key qualities for customer service, friendly and has patience.

Today I saw Dr Movic and I appreciate how thorough he is and how well he explains changes in my eyes. He was assisted today by Rylei and she was great. Very friendly and professional in helping me during my appointment.

I saw Dr Pathak in an emergency was having tear in my retina. He was great! Manage do take some actions in the office with a laser. Then got he me in to see the Retina Specialist the next day for evaluation and treatment. He was kind, compassionate, and focused as a physician. I am going continue to see him as cataract surgery coming up. I am grateful for his care and intervention

Maddison at the Clinton office did astounding work for me. She helped me understand all steps of their process, and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on the whole time! Dr. Rodriguez was also amazing to work with, and very thoroughly articulated all the information I needed to know at the end of my appointment. After that, Jasmine helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Will definitely be going back.
