Dr. Crockett was born in Seattle, WA and grew up in Terre Haute, IN. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from DePauw University and received her Doctor of Medicine from the Indiana University of Medicine, where she was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and graduated with Highest Distinction. Dr. Crockett completed her ophthalmology residency and fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Crockett is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, International Society of Refractive Surgery of the AAO, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Wills Eye Hospital Society and Women in Ophthalmology. Dr. Crockett is the current medical director of the Eversight Eye Bank. She specializes in iLASIK, ASA, cataract surgery and cornea and external disease.
Dr. Crockett’s favorite part of her work is the ability to help people see better. She specifically enjoys the precision of surgery and the opportunity to help patients of all ages.
In her spare time, Dr. Crockett enjoys walking, reading, jewelry making and rubber stamping. She and her two children own many pets, including dogs, fish, an electric eel, geckos, a tegu and a tarantula, several snakes and a bird.
