Very professional. My experience unique in that I got my glasses and after a week or so returned to get them adjusted. They redid the entire process starting with Victor, the the Doctor, then out front with Michelle. Ask for Michelle in the 1107 retail shop if you want proper manners and cheery service with a wonderful touch of proper English. GJD

I can not say enough just how amazing this experience has been. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. They were very thorough with providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the Lasik procedure. They made sure I was comfortable with everything the procedure entailed and fully informed on what I was going to see, hear, feel and experience from start to finish. Alicia, Dr. Brownstone and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing to work with and they gave me my vision, free from glasses and contacts!

Sean and Susan at VisionPoint/Optique were stellar. I told Sean what I needed and he went above and beyond. Apparently I was cleaning my lenses wrong and scratched/smudged them. My lenses were within warranty and he asked if I could wait 20minutes and they would be replaced on the spot. He also threw in some extra cleaning materials. Also Susan made sure at checkout I had my receipt from the prior office visit for the $100 rebate on my contacts. I had lost the receipt and she offered to print another one on the spot. I was grateful for the reminder and those simple acts of service and helping the customer. Its the little things that make all the difference. Thank you Sean and Susan!!!
