Had Lasik surgery done and would highly reccommend Vision point! From the moment i called they had an answer to every question i had right away, the information was consistent from start to finish across each person i interacted with. They value your time and start your appointments promptly. Although its a big place you get a feeling that you're their only patient. They remember you, care about your well being and each person is happy and helpful. Drove from Streator to bloomington for this place and im glad i did, over the top happy with everything, including the results!

Contacts were becoming so uncomfortable for me and I hated wearing my glasses. I was pretty scared to have Lasik done but the team was absolutely amazing. The procedure itself is very quick! Bloomington Normal is very lucky to have these two doctors and such a wonderful team. If youre considering Lasik, do it!! Its life-changing. My eyes look and feel so much better without contacts!

I have worn glasses/contacts since elementary school and my experience at VisionPoint last week was hands down the best service I have ever received. The clinic is beautiful and the entire support staff was friendly, professional and efficient. What a great experience! Dr. Crockett went above and beyond in assisting and guiding me to the proper treatment. Dr. Norells exam was thorough, all the while explaining the procedures and results, making sure I understood every step of the way. Seans assistance in helping me find and fit my eyeglass frames was terrific! I wholeheartedly recommend VisionPoint to everyone - especially those who have received inadequate service in the past. You wont be disappointed.
