I cant say enough good things about our VisionPoint experience and Heather Hooks (in Billing). My husband and I were just a few days out from our annual eye appt, when Heather called to alert us to the fact that insurance coverage seemed to have lapsed. Basically, we learned that our Cobra coverage had not been activated. Heather made several calls on our behalf so that we could get it straightened out before our appt. She was extremely pleasant throughout the process, diligent in sorting out conflicting information from insurers and kept us informed of progress and resolution. Just great!

I would give Vision Point 10-STARS if possible! I recently had LASIK performed at their facility and all I can say is - WOW!!! The process was smooth from start to finish. Nancy is AMAZING! So caring and considerate of her patients. She walks you through every step of the way, not missing a single detail! Scheduling was quick and easy. Testing to ensure I was a candidate was also quick and easy. Fast forward to the day of surgery and Dr. Pathak and team were a well oiled machine. My husband spectated from outside the room and he said that everyone in the room knew what the others were doing and every movement was seamless. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way to help keep me calm! There was a moment early on where I felt like panic could set in when my eye was pinned open and the machines were all up in my face, but the teams presence and soothing words helped keep me at ease and calm. During my follow up visit, they anticipated my vision to be better, but seemed over the moon excited when I was seeing at 20/15 vision a little over 12 hours post surgery! BYE BYE READERS! Nancy was my biggest cheerleader. I could feel her excitement bubbling over in the room. Her care and compassion is second to none. I debated over this decision for over a year and now that Im on the other side, wish I had done it much sooner. If youre on the fence and have the ability to do it, DO IT! And finally, BRAVO Nancy, Dr. Pathak and team.
