From the first appointment to discuss my options through the post-procedure process, this group could not have been nicer, better, and more accommodating. Nancy was the first person I interacted with and she sold me on the whole process without the pushy sales tactics. She remains one of the nicest people I have ever met. Megan was great making me feel at ease with what turned out to be a dumb question the day before, and even more importantly to me, helped keep me calm during the procedure, which was greatly comforting. Alicia was great before the procedure, joking with me, and then the day after was there to answer more of my dumb questions.
