Outstanding customer service

I had my cataract evaluation consultation today at Vision Point Eye care with Jessica Douros January 21,2026 This was the most detailed comprehensive evaluation I have ever had Jessica was amazing stopping every step of the way to make sure I was understanding everything and if I needed anything clarified I felt so very comfortable today, Vision Point always excels in delivery an outstanding experience but today Jessica took it up a notch I look forward to the surgery and the follow up visits, I feel Im in very capable hands!
