The process needed to prep for the surgery was made so easy by Alicia, while the procedure itself was over so fast, I felt we'd barely begun, and it was over. Everyone involved went over and above to make the experience very comfortable for me. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Alicia, Nancy, Megan and Dr. Brownstone! You guys are awesome.

I visited in early December to purchase non prescription Maui Jim sunglasses as a Christmas present. I was familiar with the building and the incredible atmosphere created in the space by the furnishings and lighting. However, as a first time "client" I was very impressed/pleased by the following: 1. Covid screening process was quick and gave me a sense of confidence being there 2. I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff serving me. I ended up having touch points with 5 staff members and they made me feel like a million bucks. 3. I didn't do a ton of shopping for sunglasses, but as far as I could tell I think I paid less for this pair at VisionPoint than I would have online. I was floored by the deal/discount I received. In sum, from price, customer service, health and safety, and atmosphere-- the Optique at VisionPoint hits it out of the park. Thank you.

I normally don't do reviews, but I 110% have to do one for VisionPoint. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had the BEST experience (aside from general anxiety of the unknown, which they did a phenomenal job helping me manage) throughout the entire experience. I met with Alicia and Dr. Brownstone for my first two initial appointments, and day of procedure met Megan and Nancy as well. From start to finish there was nothing short of crystal clear information given to me about anything and everything revolving around Lasik the steps leading up to. They answered all my questions, and even rallied around almost 20 emails trying to set up the best time and date for my appointments. The genuine care and compassion I experienced each visit and especially on the day of procedure was unprecedented to any other "medical" visit I've had in my entire life. Dr. Brownstone had the utmost patience with me while my left eye was being a little "stubborn" and the superior level of comfort the girls gave me during that time was something I genuinely don't think you would find any where else. If you have ever considered Lasik, or have recently just started considering it I 1000% recommend at LEAST scheduling a consult at VisionPoint.

I am seeing better than I have for years after getting contacts from VisionPoint Eye Center. Everyone I worked with was patient, kind, and responsive to my needs, especially with this being the first time I have ever tried contact lenses. There is a sensible fee to navigate through the fitting and trial period to ensure the best fit, but it is well worth the expense. The technicians in the contact area were so gentle with me when I experienced some "breaking in" issues with my lenses, especially Holly! Her approach was so personable, and I could tell she really cared about ensuring I got the right fit! I highly recommend VisionPoint Eye Center for contacts and eye care in general.
