This place is a class act! I felt like I was working with professionals across my entire experience. Looking up info on their website was easy. Contacting them on the phone for appointment options was easy. The facility is modern and comfortable. I was greeted by pleasant, happy people. The exams were conducted in a professional and engaging manner. The emailed information was concise and useful. Meghan was like a long lost friend! Dr. Pinter walked me through the procedure and facilities to ease my comfort and set expectations. The hotel arrangements with shuttle service was useful too. The day of the procedure was effortless. They even had someone whose job was to hold my hand and comfort me! My results are amazing and everyone is jealous! It is rare that a place gets EVERYTHING right but VisionPoint has achieved that apex. I highly recommend them.

This place is absolutely beautiful ! So big and clean and staff is great ! And I have to say Alicia Mayfield rocks she is so caring and nice and easy to talk to she makes you feel right at home! She makes everything so clear and the process very easy I normally have such issues keeping my eyes open for any photos or touching of any kind of my eye she breezes through the pictures and tests with no problem very very happy with my experience !!

I am so happy with my decision to get LASIK with VisionPoint Eye Center. Megan was so helpful throughout the process and very knowledgeable when I had questions. Dr. Crockett was the best and made me feel at ease the entire time. I would HIGHLY recommend VisionPoint and Dr. Crockett! Im glad I didnt wait any longer than I did!

I am extremely happy that I made the decision to have Dr. Pinter and his amazing staff take care of me throughout the process of having LASIK done. Their facilities are top tier and it's a beautiful building! Megan and Melissa were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on their face while helping me. Dr. Pinter did a fabulous job with my LASIK and I have not had one negative thing to say about the entire process. After LASIK, Dr. Pinter and his staff are very adamant about checking up and ensuring that you are nothing but satisfied with the outcome of your LASIK. I have been a patient of Dr Brownstones since I chose to have LASIK several years ago. I wont trust my eye care to any other practice. The eye exams Ive gotten are very thorough and this office stays up to date on procedures. I have and will continue to recommend Eye Surgical to my friends.
