From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. Everybody was so helpful and answered all my questions. I felt completely comfortable during the procedure and am SO excited about my new vision. I cannot recommend Vision Point enough!

I am seeing better than I have for years after getting contacts from VisionPoint Eye Center. Everyone I worked with was patient, kind, and responsive to my needs, especially with this being the first time I have ever tried contact lenses. There is a sensible fee to navigate through the fitting and trial period to ensure the best fit, but it is well worth the expense. The technicians in the contact area were so gentle with me when I experienced some breaking in issues with my lenses, especially Holly! Her approach was so personable, and I could tell she really cared about ensuring I got the right fit! I highly recommend VisionPoint Eye Center for contacts and eye care in general.

I normally dont do reviews, but I 110 have to do one for VisionPoint. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had the BEST experience (aside from general anxiety of the unknown, which they did a phenomenal job helping me manage) throughout the entire experience. I met with Alicia and Dr. Brownstone for my first two initial appointments, and day of procedure met Megan and Nancy as well. From start to finish there was nothing short of crystal clear information given to me about anything and everything revolving around Lasik the steps leading up to. They answered all my questions, and even rallied around almost 20 emails trying to set up the best time and date for my appointments. The genuine care and compassion I experienced each visit and especially on the day of procedure was unprecedented to any other medical visit Ive had in my entire life. Dr. Brownstone had the utmost patience with me while my left eye was being a little stubborn and the superior level of comfort the girls gave me during that time was something I genuinely dont think you would find any where else. If you have ever considered Lasik, or have recently just started considering it I 1000 recommend at LEAST scheduling a consult at VisionPoint.
