I had a surgical procedure (ASA) to correct my (previously horribly near-sighted) vision here on September 6. Throughout the process the staff was friendly and invested in the process, and wanted to be certain that I was comfortable and that my vision was up to standard. Before I visited them initially, I was a bit nervous about getting any kind of laser correction, but because of how well they explained the procedure to me I was ready to do it as soon as I walked out or the office. I do not regret it at all, and I hope that others will pay this practice a visit to see what I'm talking about!

I've entrusted the care of my eyes to Dr. Crockett for more than 25 years. There is absolutely no one else in whom I'd have that confidence. She has monitored and treated me for glaucoma (including surgery), opened her office to see me on Christmas day 2 years ago when I had an emergency, and has been there for all of my most routine care as well. I began seeing her all those years ago at the recommendation of a friend, and I am happy to pass along that recommendation to others. She is outstanding, as is the entire medical and support staff at Eye Surgical Associates!

This place is a class act! I felt like I was working with professionals across my entire experience. Looking up info on their website was easy. Contacting them on the phone for appointment options was easy. The facility is modern and comfortable. I was greeted by pleasant, happy people. The exams were conducted in a professional and engaging manner. The emailed information was concise and useful. Meghan was like a long lost friend! Dr. Pinter walked me through the procedure and facilities to ease my comfort and set expectations. The hotel arrangements with shuttle service was useful too. The day of the procedure was effortless. They even had someone whose job was to hold my hand and comfort me! My results are amazing and everyone is jealous! It is rare that a place gets EVERYTHING right but VisionPoint has achieved that apex. I highly recommend them.

This place is absolutely beautiful ! So big and clean and staff is great ! And I have to say Alicia Mayfield rocks she is so caring and nice and easy to talk to she makes you feel right at home! She makes everything so clear and the process very easy I normally have such issues keeping my eyes open for any photos or touching of any kind of my eye she breezes through the pictures and tests with no problem very very happy with my experience !!

I am so happy with my decision to get LASIK with VisionPoint Eye Center. Megan was so helpful throughout the process and very knowledgeable when I had questions. Dr. Crockett was the best and made me feel at ease the entire time. I would HIGHLY recommend VisionPoint and Dr. Crockett! Im glad I didnt wait any longer than I did!
