It all started in early December when I wanted to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses. Samantha really helped me find the pair I wanted and was patient with me as I filtered through 5 or 6 pair. Once I chose, Samantha saved the information until I was ready to order them in January. She completed my order and called when they arrived. Samantha was so friendly during our interactions. When the time came for me to pick up my new sunglasses, Cheryl F. was so excited to fit me in my new pair of eye wear heaven. Her passion for sunglasses and eye wear came through in her customer service and attitude as she worked to fit my new shades and my daily wear glasses as well. My experience at VisionPoint Eye Center was top notch, from start to finish. Im embarrassed to admit, but it had been YEARS since my last eye check. I wasnt particularly looking forward to going, but wow, one visit has changed all that. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was looking for information to help me choose a doctor and navigate the process. Lucky for me, Dawn answered, and what a sweetheart she is! She patiently answered all my questions and helped me establish with a doctor I felt good about (she even came out to say hello and see how my appointment went afterwards). When I arrived for my appointment, I was struck by how beautiful this facility is! Its warm and very inviting. The staff were equally warm, inviting, and professional. Dr. Vize was knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. She took time to listen to my concerns and address my questions. I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. Jennifer, the technician assisting, was also fantastic and so personable. Following my appointment, I was taken over to the Optique frame area and set up with Dewey, who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses for my new eye prescription. Oh my goodness, he taught me so many things about face/nose shape and frame compatibility. I was able to find several flattering pairs of frames that fit so comfortably. He was also sweet as could be and made the whole process relaxed and fun. I really appreciated his expertise and honest feedback. Thank you VisionPoint Eye Center for all the care and kindness I received. I will absolutely be back!

I just had LASIK surgery on both eyes on February 5, 2021. The staff was amazing! The consultation with Megan was an absolute pleasure and Dr. Crockett was wonderful as well. My vision is 20/15 less than 24 hours after surgery! They are 100% about taking care of their patients from the front desk on and they were very reassuring throughout the entire procedure. Highly recommended!!!

Vision point is by far the nicest, cleanest, top notch eye center I have ever been to! At my first appointment I had multiple people welcome me to Visionpoint since they knew it was my first visit! I saw Dr. Vize and worked with Sarah and Jessica. Dr. Vize answered all of my questions and gave me some good take home knowledge! My favorite part by far was picking out glasses!!! The ambiance of their glasses center is awesome! It feels like a cozy rustic modern resort and you get taken care of. I worked with Gabriel and even though I tried on a dozen frames, I of course ended up picking the second pair I tried on that he personally chose for me! Gabe gave me more time and attention picking out glasses compared to when I was wedding dress shopping! Im telling all my friends about VisionPoint because they are that great!
