Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to your staff for the extra attention you gave to my Mother, Carol, who came up from Lincoln to select new glasses. At 77 years of age, she sometimes get confused about things so we really appreciated the attention she was given by every member of your team. Thanks ever so much.

Always timely and the staff has never been short of wonderful. Have been coming here forever and have seen all three docs over the years. Highly recommend them all.

Very happy with both the Doc and the staff. However, I have had the most interaction with the optical department. I got new glasses in mid August and while it took numerous visits to get them adjusted the experience, while frustrating, was worked on by several different staff members. They were all very accommodating and patient. Yesterday magic happened when Sean finally found the solution. Thanks to all for sticking with me and solving the problem.

It is very rare that I write a review. When I do, its mostly because of extreme negative experience. Not this one. Im so impressed with the doctor (Landess), staff, and their equipment. Let me break it down. Facility - clean, well kept, new equipment technology, plenty of seating areas, comfortable chairs. Staff - From the moment I scheduled my appointment over the phone to the moment I left, service was top notch. Very polite, pleasant, and professional. Staff actually look like they enjoy working there. Doctor - Dr. Landess is the best eye doctor Ive ever seen, and Ive been wearing glasses since 4th grade so imagine how many Ive gone to. I waited probably like 10 mins, and when he came in he sincerely apologized for the wait and said they were running behind schedule today. I was thinking they were pretty fast. He is so thorough. They definitely examine your eyes much more than other places Ive ever been to. The retinal scan photos are very neat and helpful when the doctor was explaining what he found. Other doctors have just told me, youre all good. No issues and wouldnt bother explaining what all theyve done. Seriously, I cannot praise this place enough. Highly recommended.
