I like coming to the office. It is efficient and appreciative of my time. The only thing I noticed at my last visit was all the talking and gathering of staff in the halls outside treatment rooms. I do not believe they are aware that EVERY word can be heard by the patients. It is not appropriate or professional to be visiting about babysitters, other staff, doctors not staying on schedule, and lunch.

I would recommend Eye Surgical Associates to everyone. They have a great staff who truly cares about your eye problems. They even diagnosed a macular hole on my husband and got him in to see a specialist immediately. We wouldnt trust our vision to anyone else.

Dr. Brownstone and his staff have treated me and my late husband with professional expertise and caring personal kindness. My cataract surgeries were perfect and 5 years later I have had no complications. No billing problems have arisen. I enthusiastically encourage anyone needing care to contact them.
