As usual, VisionPoint comes to the rescue! One of the arms broke off my glasses (under warranty), so I sent them in for repair. I worked with Sam (Samantha) in Optique, mentioned that Id be traveling the following week and lo and behold, received my repaired glasses (nominal charge) two days before my trip! Sam is professional, considerate and most delightful! Also, sent in some old frames thinking to replace lenses, but decided against that for cost reasons right now, so chose to donate the frames. VisionPoint partners with the Lions Club organization, so that was easy too! This is a business that does right by its customers AND its community. Thanks to them and to Sam for letting me know.

Vision point Eye center has a great staff and provides great service from the time you walk in until the time you leave. On our visit on February 4, 2026 Teresa made sure we felt valued and appreciated, as well as, ensuring that we were taken care of in a timely manner. Her efforts single-handedly made our day!
