I have been an extremely happy VisionPoint customer since the move, and was a happy customer of McLean County Eye Center before that. I cannot say enough positive things about the many experiences Ive had, but for the sake of this review, Ill try to keep it limited. LASIK: From my thoroughly detailed intake with Megan, I not only had all my questions answered, but I also received a ton of useful information about understanding the procedure. The warmth and care shown to me the day of surgery by Megan, Theresa, Nancy, and the rest of the support team, and the professional touch of Dr. Pinter made this procedure, which I have been on the fence about for decades, as smooth and painless as I could have imagined. Now I am typing this review on my laptop with NO GLASSES or Contacts for the first time in 35+ years! Eye Health: Dr. Huettemann has been taking care of my vision for almost a decade, and I would trust my eye health to few others. He take the time to understand I was not really happy with glasses or contacts and suggested LASIK. Hes always taken care to provide accurate information to any question I asked, even if it meant he had to leave the room for a quick second opinion. Most importantly, he took the time to understand an acute vision issue I was having, and helped me get diagnosed with MS. Eyewear:Amazing selection and friendly, helpful, and experienced staff. Helped me get replacement lenses for signs of coating issues after only 10 months free of charge. Cant wait to see them for computer or sunglasses! 10 star review for VisionPoint, will always recommend to everyone!

All the doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. They are very thorough with their exams and explanations.

I want to give a big shoutout to Megan D. She was just fantastic. Megans bright, fun attitude and overall skill during the visit made me feel very comfortable.

Cheryl P assisted me in the Optique on a walk-in basis this Saturday, to pick up a new pair of glasses. She was so kind and helpful, and I was in and out without delay. I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable Optique staff. They are the biggest reason I am a returning customer year after year!

Megan is absolutely amazing. We met twice before surgery and she answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I met Teresa pre op day of and she is wonderful. So warm and a personable. She made me feel at ease. The entire LASIK staff in the room with me was like having my own little cheerleading squad. They were all comforting me and cheering me on. Im less than 24 hours post op and I feel fanastic. Thank you Dr. Pathak, Megan, Teresa, and the rest of the team for being awesome.
